RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve individual sales targets established by the company.
- Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and offer sales assistance.
- Generate new sales leads.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to stimulate sales inquiries.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing, or equivalent.

- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify mechanical and electrical malfunctions in equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in promoting service and indirect sales of company products.
- Prepare proposals based on client inquiries and document processes, including the preparation of reports for clients.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD for drawing purposes.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and sales reports.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing key customers while identifying and developing new customer accounts to expand the market.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products and services.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and wire electrical panels.
- Ensure calibration of test equipment/services and maintain orderliness (in-house and with clients).
- Install instruments and troubleshoot and isolate instrument problems, making necessary repairs.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD for drawing purposes.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

- Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Petrol Diesel or related field.
- Proficient in statistical data analysis, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, with structured and systematic approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required.
- Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Maintenance, Calibration, and Electrical.
- Advantage to have PW4 certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in gas piping installation and maintenance activities.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD for drawing purposes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of requests and complaints from end-users.
- Prepare documentation for authority approval (PTI/ATI & PTO/ATO).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in gas piping, mechanical gas, or equivalent field.
- Graduates with an Engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical) are encouraged to apply.
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems, which is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety as a top priority.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to standby and work overtime when required.
- Self-disciplined, curious, adaptable, and capable of working effectively alone or in a team environment.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Hands-on engagement with site visits and practical tasks.
- Preparation of tenders and proposals.
- Maintenance of records for all engineering department activities.
- Identifying opportunities to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Troubleshooting unexpected technical challenges and resolving them promptly.
- Promoting HABLEM group of companies’ products and services to achieve organizational objectives.
- Able to commence internship in July or August 2024.
- Pursuing or possessing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical principles and concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- To assist the Internal Sales Department in product sourcing as well as preparing inquiries and quotations to clients.
- Liaising with clients.
- To assist SPS Department seeking for new principals and maintain a good reputation with them.
- To carry out such other duties & responsibilities as per Company required from time to time.
- Able to commence internship in July or August 2024.
- Pursuing or possessing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Preferable English SPM Gred A or minimum Gred B (Please provide your SPM certificate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Aid in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly statements and budget reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team, including filing and data entry.
- Able to commence internship in June or July 2024.
- Must pursue or possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Willingness to work in Taman Melawati, Gombak.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual.
- Available for a minimum duration of 4 months.
